1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Jepsons Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Jepsons Solutions is a registered proprietorship operating in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Jepsons Solutions operates as a sister concern of Jepsons Engineering Enterprise. However, Jepsons Solutions maintains distinct and independent legal, financial, and operational liabilities. Engaging with Jepsons Solutions does not confer any liability upon Jepsons Engineering Enterprise.

2. Digital Products and Automation Services

We architect digital stacks, mobile applications, and process automation software. While we adhere to strict engineering standards, software inherently carries risks of interruption or data variance. All software products and bespoke codes are provided "as-is" without warranty of continuous, error-free operation unless explicitly stated in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Jepsons Solutions and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
