Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and Jepsons Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent registered proprietorship operating in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Digital Engineering & Engagement Terms

Custom development follows fixed scope tiers:

• Payment Terms: Projects require a 50% advance payment to reserve engineering capacity, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and deployment.
• Timeline & Inputs: Quoted timelines begin upon receipt of both advance payment and required client inputs/assets. Delays in client inputs shift completion timelines accordingly.
• Warranty: Custom deliverables include a 30-day post-launch bug-fix window. Maintenance or SLAs require a separate retainer.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon final payment, you own 100% of custom assets, designs, and unique application code created specifically for your project. Jepsons Solutions retains rights to underlying reusable frameworks and utility libraries developed in-house.

4. Taxation & GST (Composition Scheme)

Jepsons Solutions operates under the GST Composition Scheme. All displayed prices and quotes are inclusive of GST. Bills of Supply are issued for services rendered.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
